Introduction:
PVB is a kind of flexible resin,with excellent weatherability and corrosion-resistance,Besides.PVB has very good adhesion to metals,glass.wood,ceramics,leather and fibers.Our low-viscosity PVB resin is widely used in printing inks,paints & coatings electronic ceramics,new-energy batteries and adhesives,which has below main characteristics;
(1)Low viscosity: users can chooese PVB resin of different viscosity level according to their needs,The allowable amount of HSM-28(The very low viscosity) is as high as 30%.The allowable amount of ther other grades of resins decline successively.
(2)It has excellent property to dissolve under room temperature.under 25°C.It can,Like instant coffee,dissolve quickly in alcohols like ethanol,which gives the ink better solubility;
(3)it performs very well at wettability,dispersibility and color development of pigments
(4)It has no smell,It is healthy and eco-friendly,which is very suitable for printing inks of tipping paper,cigarette packages,inner lining paper and food packages.
(5)It has low acid,which is the best choice for high-end gold and silver inks.
(6)It has low CI-residue and burning residue ,which is beneficial to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of ceramics.
(7)It is non-toxic,odorless,of no corrosion,free from heavy metals,plasticizers and aromatic elements.It is the first choice for alcohol-based printing inks and paints,It meets th following food regulations regarding food-contact plastic materials

Application:
A:Ink formulation for food packaging printing inks and cigarette packaging printing inks,Which meet the requirement of gravure printing and flexography,especially suitable for high-speed pringitn on plastic film.
B:The adhesive of the new engergy electrode paste,which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and it can ensure the solubility and power of the electrode paste.
